Graduated in Hydraulic Engineering at the Sapienza University in Rome in 1989, Emilio Caporossi started working at a private construction company in the Veneto region in 1990, building sewage systems, gas grids and water purification plants in many areas of the Italian territory.
From 1993 to 1998 in Venice and, subsequently, in Rovigo until 2004, he operated as Head of Environmental Services (waste collection, sweeping, recycling, public green, management maintenance workshops, etc.)
From June 2004 to 2010 he was at Hera Spa in Ferrara as Environmental Services Manager first, and then as Head of Network Services (gas, water, sewerage, district heating, purification); subsequently (2011 - 2012) still at Hera Spa, as Network Manager in the province of Forlì / Cesena.
From 2013 to mid-2015, he was Head of the Hera Remote Control Center of Forlì and, from mid-2015 to date, Head of Hera Spa Sewage Treatment and Sewage Networks.
