THE VINYLPLUS 2030 COMMITMENT

Revision Workshop

In 2021, the European PVC value chain launched the VinylPlus 2030 Commitment, our most ambitious sustainability programme to date. Designed around three strategic pathways - Circularity, Climate and Environmental Performance, and Stakeholder Engagement - the Commitment has catalysed innovation, partnerships, and measurable progress across the PVC sector.

Now, four years in, we are conducting a Mid-Term Review to evaluate how far we have come and identify where we must go next to meet our 2030 goals. To support this process, a dedicated Revision Task Force has developed a draft revised version of the Commitment.

As part of this Mid-Term Review, we are organising a high-level stakeholder workshop in Brussels, Belgium, on Thursday 2 October 2025. The workshop will provide a space to discuss this proposal in depth and gather input from a broad range of stakeholders.

This workshop is not a reporting exercise, but a key moment for collective reflection and strategic alignment. Your participation will help us:

• Discuss and refine the draft revised Commitment
• Identify gaps and recalibrate strategic priorities
• Build consensus on how VinylPlus should evolve for the second half of the decade
